A visionary leader, a first-generation entrepreneur, and a champion for women’s empowerment—Pragya Gupta.

After completing her MBA, Pragya embarked on a remarkable corporate journey across India and the Middle East, even launching her own entrepreneurial venture in the region.

However, her deep-rooted passion for nature and holistic wellness inspired her to create Talismane, an organic skincare and haircare brand that makes high-quality, natural products affordable and accessible.

She also recognized a challenge many women face—putting their families first while neglecting their own health. Understanding that prolonged wellness retreats aren't always feasible, she founded Ayurroots, a holistic naturopathy and Panchakarma clinic exclusively for women, providing time-efficient, budget-friendly wellness solutions.

Beyond her businesses, Pragya is a champion for women’s empowerment, actively mentoring and training women to achieve financial independence. She believes that true empowerment comes when women have the confidence and means to stand on their own.

While passionately driving these initiatives, she also continues to lead her family’s tissue paper converting business, proving that entrepreneurship, purpose, and impact can go hand in hand.

She celebrates herself being a mother and a a woman who wishes to redefine wellness, uplift women, and build businesses to actively contribute in India's economic growth.
